Mental Health Across the Lifespan: Traveling Art Show and Panel Discussion

UnityPoint Health – AbbeHealth Services Abbe Center for Community Mental Health invites you to a free community event in honor of our 75th anniversary! Artwork created by people in recovery will be on display and our panel of experts will provide practical tips on supporting your mental health and the mental health of your loved ones, along with information about local services available to the community.

Tanager Expressive Arts

After school activity at the Vinton Public Library. Trained staff from Tanager will provide ways to express ourselves. “That expression can occur through music, painting, dance, poetry, clay, acting or another art form. Expressive arts are a powerful intervention for children and families that has shown to boost self-confidence, develop inner strengths, and explore emotions.”
